Designed to support literacy and a love of reading, Open eBooks allows students to instantly download and read books on smartphones or tablets—without any cost. It’s a powerful tool for expanding access to literature and helping every student discover the joy of reading.

Title I Schools can access the Open eBooks App. To get your unique code and PIN click the button below. You must be logged in to your MCPS email (student or staff) in order to request a code. See the Getting Started doc for more details.

The Open eBooks app can be used on mobile device (Apple or Android) to download up to 10 eBooks at a time. Multiple users can download the same book at one time, like a whole class!
