The Hellgate High School Harassment/Bullying Report Form provides students, staff, and parents with a confidential way to report incidents of bullying, harassment, or intimidation. The goal is to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment where all students feel supported and heard.

Theft/loss form

The Hellgate High School Theft/Loss Report Form allows students and staff to report missing or stolen items on campus. Submitting this form helps school administrators investigate incidents and take appropriate steps to recover property and prevent future losses.
